Facilitating dispute resolutions
Burton ADR Services ("Burton ADR") has been established to provide parties with access to a fair and equitable resolution to disputes.
The role of a mediator is to assist participants reach a resolution of their issues through a formal process of communication. This involves listening and understanding the issues of the dispute.
At Burton ADR, we will listen to what you have to say. We will be neutral and will not take sides. We act as a facilitator.
As an Accredited Mediator all sessions are bound by the NMAS Practice Standards.

Sessions can be held via Zoom at a time that is convenient to all parties. All sessions are confidential and what is discussed in mediation stays in mediation.
Our rates are competitive and value for money.

He is committed to and passionate about fairness and equity.
He has degree qualifications in Commerce, Law and Education. He is an Accredited Mediator after completing his training with Mediation Institute Pty Ltd.
